What we cover

Look beyond
the website.

Your business depends on connected people, accounts and technology. We help identify the gaps and agree what needs attention first.

01

Websites & applications

WordPress hardening, configuration reviews and scoped vulnerability assessments or penetration testing.

02

Email & business accounts

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace settings, administrator access, MFA and email protections.

03

Devices, networks & cloud

Review configurations and access across agreed devices, network infrastructure and cloud environments.

04

Backups & recovery

Review backup coverage, protection and recovery arrangements. Verify agreed restore scenarios.

05

People & processes

Staff awareness, access handovers, security responsibilities and practical working procedures.

06

Incident readiness & response

Prepare response plans and discuss incident assistance with explicitly agreed availability and scope.

Selected security work

Different systems.
Practical improvements.

Examples of agreed project work across websites, e-commerce and business applications.

WordPress recovery

Community Music Collective (CMC)

Supported the recovery and hardening of a WordPress website, with reviewed cleanup, protected configuration, functional verification and a controlled relaunch.

Recovery planning · Verification · Relaunch

E-commerce hardening

Kidswood

Improved the security and reliability of an existing e-commerce platform through payment-flow safeguards, access controls, protected configuration and operational hardening.

Payment flows · Access controls · Operational checks

Application & recovery

Settlyd

Supported a staged application-hardening programme covering data access, form protection, private configuration and backup/recovery processes, with controlled release checks.

Application controls · Backups · Recovery verification

Each engagement has its own scope. Security needs ongoing review and maintenance.

Choose your starting point

A review. A clear plan.
Practical action.

Begin with the engagement that fits your situation. Implementation and ongoing care are scoped separately.

Penetration testing, incident response and specialist assessments require a separately agreed scope. Security work reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that an incident will never occur.

Clarity you can act on

Useful advice.
With a way forward.

An assessment should help you make decisions. Consultancy can stand alone, or lead to a separately agreed implementation project.

Your review should explain

What was assessed
The systems, methods and limitations of the engagement.

What needs attention
Findings, supporting evidence and their business context.

What to do next
Priorities, recommended actions and clear ownership.

What remains open
Untested areas, dependencies and decisions for your team.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Can you review systems another provider built?

Yes. We first confirm ownership, access, documentation and the systems you want included. Any testing or configuration changes need an agreed scope and authorisation.

Is a security review the same as penetration testing?

No. A review may assess configuration, access and working practices. Penetration testing is a distinct engagement with agreed targets, methods, timing and reporting.

What does it cost?

The scope depends on your systems, users, evidence and testing requirements. We confirm deliverables and fees before work begins. Ongoing support is quoted separately.

Can you help with an active incident?

Contact us to discuss availability and the situation. This enquiry route does not provide guaranteed emergency response. Response hours, escalation and responsibilities must be agreed separately.

Let’s make the next step clear.

Tell us which systems you rely on and what concerns you. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive incident evidence in an initial enquiry.
