Information you share

Our enquiry forms collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, website and message. Required fields are marked on each form. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer or incident records through these forms.

How we use enquiries

We use your information to respond, understand what help you need and follow up on your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing lists.

Where information is processed

Enquiries are stored in our website system and sent to the mailbox used by our team. Our cPanel email service forwards those messages to a Google-hosted mailbox. Authorised team members and the providers that operate these services may process the information needed to deliver and support the service. Hosting systems also process technical request information to operate the site and investigate errors or misuse.

Spam protection

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our enquiry forms to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Google processes information in connection with this service under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service: https://policies.google.com/privacy https://policies.google.com/terms The website does not keep the reCAPTCHA response token as an enquiry field or include it in the enquiry notification email.

Cookies and optional tracking

The site uses functionality needed to operate its forms and administration, including reCAPTCHA. We currently do not use advertising pixels, marketing subscriptions or an optional analytics service on this website. If we add an optional tracking service, we will update this notice and explain its use.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiries that do not become customer projects are reviewed after six months and deleted when no longer needed. Customer and project records are managed separately as part of that relationship. Mail copies, exports and recovery backups are considered as part of our retention process.
